Situated along the Zagreb–Kumrovec route, at the entrance to Tuheljske Toplice below Velika Erpenja and next to the Monument to the Croatian Mother, the Avenue of Famous People of Zagorje showcases 12 prominent figures from the Zagorje region who left a significant mark on Croatian history. Some of them, such as Matija Gubec, Ljudevit Gaj, and Josip Broz Tito, are brought to life through artistic sculptures in this unique outdoor park, where visitors can stroll freely and learn more about Croatia’s past. Admission is free.
